POPIA compliance statement

Lawful basis and purpose

Rubixx Media Holdings is committed to processing personal information in accordance with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPIA"). We collect only the personal information necessary to respond to your enquiry — such as your name, email address, phone number and the details of your message — when you use our contact form, book a consultation, or subscribe to the Knowledge Hub newsletter. Personal information is processed on the basis of your consent or where necessary to fulfil a service you have requested.

What we collect and why

We collect contact details to respond to your request or deliver a contracted service. Analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, operated under Google's own privacy policy) may process anonymised usage data to help us improve the site. No special personal information (as defined by POPIA Section 26) is collected through this website.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. We may share your information with service providers (such as our email and CRM platform providers) strictly to deliver services on our behalf, subject to data processing agreements. Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.

Your rights under POPIA

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. You may also object to the processing of your personal information for direct marketing purposes and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. To exercise any of these rights, or to lodge a complaint, contact our Information Officer at hello@rubixxmediaholdings.co.za.
